My Heart And Soul

My soul was so sad
Because of a woman

My soul was so sad
It could not be consoled

My heart was so sad
Because of a woman

My heart was so sad
Even more than my soul

My heart told my soul
You will one day be happy

My soul told my heart
You will love once again

My heart and my soul
May some day be right

But my heart and my soul
Are still lonely tonight

i was touched by the poem because up to now im still inloved with my ex husband who left us 3 years ago we have 2 loving kids im very much depress thats why i like the poem it touhed me personally

this is defenatly a 10/10 you are so inspirering. im only 13 but into touching poetry i might give it a go myself!. iv had a dificult life. much to dificult to explain right now on this vote! but i know im 13 and this probably wont count to you, ( me sayin i loved it ) but im serious and wish i was like that good at ritting poems

I loved it. It was amasingly beautiful. It was so good that tears dropped from my heart because when you think of it your heart goes through a lot of things just to find the perfect one.

i was sitting sad and alone with candel lights arround me .while i was reading this poem i felt my tears r running on my cheeks..i loved it and i wished to hug the writer so tight and tell him i can feeel what u felt .
