About the Poem

The Green lands in our hearts and our world are often hidden and it takes a certain time to discover them. How much our love allows us to see their Green land, their paradise, that depends on them.

I just found this poem looking for a song and I think it's good cuz it makes me dream when I read it !

Green Lands

Do you see it?
Wandering over hills
holding your hand.
Seeing you smile and
seeing your eyes as a mirror.
The land you see is green,
looks happy, is happy.
A lake, waves beautiful- building a flood-
of feelings.
Old houses of stone - walls?
Nobody on the streets, where are the doors?
Your paradise,
the Green Island in the middle
of nowhere.
Sun colors the land and the
water, I see water - bad?
Green Island - your mind.
Your paradise -
sunset, red sky, beautiful
and with knowledge
that it is not the end.
The water, are these tears?
It is NOT the end.
Just open the door,
just let me in!
