About the Poem

Everybody fears something. You might fear something as simple as a bee sting or something as complicated as a car crash. I have one fear that I truly, truly dread. One fear that will simply tear me apart, and that is losing the ones that I love, especially that one person who makes your life complete.

Fear

I am not afraid of death,
I am not afraid of dying.

I am not afraid of heartbreaks,
I am not afraid of crying.

I am not afraid of the future,
I am not afraid of tomorrow.

I am not afraid of sadness,
I am not afraid of sorrow.

The only thing I fear ever coming true,
Is living this fearless life, without you.

when i first read this poem my first reaction made me think that it was rubbish and too short, but then my curiosity lead me to scroll down and see what people other than me thought about it. and it just goes to show that small is big and even though it only constist of so small words it means so much to the ones that have lost someone or need to think of what they have fear of in themselves.
