About the Poem

I wrote this poem when my husband and I were going through some rough times. I wanted him to know that all I wanted in life was for our love to be stronger than anything. And that our love for each other would always prevail.

Today, more than any other day in my life have I been touched by a poem as this. Thank you.
What a beautiful poem! I love it!

A Stronger Love

Maybe the Lord can build a world
full of hopes and dreams.
A world where fears never appear,
and everything is what it seems.

And if a world such as this were so,
the chance of one thing could be true.
He could build a stronger bond for us.
A stronger love for me and you.

That's the only thing I want.
To care more deeply every day.
For you, a stronger love, my dear.
A stronger love in every way.
