I'd Choose You

You were my choice
Many years ago
We declared our love....
Told the whole world so.

We chose the song
Set the date
To make it "just you 'n me"
We could hardly wait

In life we make choices
Some good, some bad...
Many are happy
While others are sad.

Starting over again
Is after the fact
There is not a way
For me to go back.

Reliving my life
Is something I can't do.
But, if I could,
I'd still choose you...
