We Are God's Work

I love you, straight from my heart,
I don't want us to ever be apart,
Though I am far away,
My presence will never fade,
We'll always be together under this blue sky,
We are meant to be together, you and I,
Our time together is so great,
We were brought together by something stronger than fate,
We were brought together because God showed us the way,
He brought us to each other,
And not one word did he have to say,
His work is much more powerful than words,
You see,
He knows as well as I do,
You and I, were meant to be.

The poem really touched me. I made a picture of a wonderfull sunset above the sea for my girlfriend and I wanted to have a poem with it. And this poem was just what I was looking for. My girfriend and I feel this, exactly the same. We love eachother so much! And in this love, God always stands first! Thank you for writing this wonderful poem. I hope you don't mind that I'm giving this to my girlfriend. Thanks again.
