This poem is about a man who changed my life. We were together for quite a while and then he left for the Marines. It explains how hard it was to say good bye.

Hey! This was a great poem. I really enjoyed it. your rhythm was very good. I'm kinda picky about poetry in the sense that the rhythm has to be just right or I don't like it. you did an excellent job of keeping the rhythm flowing smoothly. the words and meaning were awesome as well. but the thing I liked best was that you trusted in God to bring you to back together. I liked this poem a lot because it describes wuts goin on in my life too. When i first met tha man i been with for almost 2 years now, i was so shy and he would try to talk to me but i'd look tha other way and not talk to him and all that stuff, but i finally opened up to him. Now hes goin to Iraq n its jus so hard to say good bye to him cuz its been so long. But overall this poem is really good.

WOW, this was an awesome poem, it really touched me, because I was like that with a guy. Then, I guess my "best friend" desided she liked him to. so she asked him out, he didn't answer for a long time. so that upset her, so she started cutting, and not eating, and throwing up. so he finily said yes to her, out of pitty, now its like this boy and me don't even know each other any more!so im praying God brings us back together for the right reasons!
