About the Poem

This poem is about a sad goodbye. A final one. A last one.

But one that will not be soon forgot...

So short but so powerful. Those few short words deeply touched my heart

Short, simple and touching. I have been through this with ADZ.

This poem was short but it had meaning. it almost made me cry, because it was so close to home. I loved it.

You'll Be In My Heart

I said goodbye
for what I knew was the last time.
Your hand let go of mine.

I would not let tears come to my eyes.
But I knew you will always be with me,
in my heart.
