my moms died 7 months ago of an accedental drug over dose she was my best friend she was disabled and was prescribed alot of medicine and so whenever she was awake i was with her every moment i could be with her and there is no one in the world like a girls mom no matter what fights they get into and that poem really truely touched me in many ways

I just love this poem and moms. I had a mom and she died when I was I the eighth grade, and I miss her a lot.

This poem is so very true. I think it touched me so much because I was adopted and could have been left wondering why my biological mother left me to stand alone but instead I was blessed with a grandmother that was willing to take me in and become the mother that I probably would have never had. This is a really beautiful and touching poem that tells it like it is for me.
