Very honest words. I found the love of my life and because of my own stupidity drove him away. I've been looking for the words that expressed exactly the way I feel and these have come the closest. Thank you.
Joni
The exact scenario happened to me - so I can feel this poem deep in my heart.

I really liked this poem! It was very well written, and I could also identify with it. I once met a guy who I truly believed (and still believe to this day) was perfect for me. I never took the chance to tell him how I felt, because I figured he'd be there again tommorow, so I'd tell him then. I'm still trying to get over this, and this poem really said everything I was feeling. I really enjoyed it!
Adrienne

I can definitely relate to this poem. I know how you feel girlfriend. Sometimes you can't mend a broken heart but you can heal it through time I hope. I am not in that stage yet, mine is still broken. I love your poem.
Melanie
That's exactly how I feel, but it was me who broke it up and nothing will ever be the same. I know the pain and this is a good expression of it!

This poem is exactly what just happened to me i fell in love with someone whom i thought would never love me. but we started going out and we were in a deep love. but my parents didn't want us together and we were tired of being scared and worried so it had to end and i still can't beleive that after one year and 3 months this had to end! it was sooo beutiful.

I fell in love with this poem as soon as I read it for the first time. I have also known the pain of losing someone dear to me and now all that remains are happy memories and a painful heart. I think that the poem encompasses all that a person could feel when he/she has lost someone, a lost love.
cynthia
