Its sad to know What has happened. I or nobody can undo it. All I want to say is start your life anew. If somebody has harmed you do not give him the pleasure to see you unhappy. Smile Smile and smile and one day you will be laughing. I know its not easy but try try try!!

this is an excellent poem. I dont know who the person is that wrote it but it describes exactly the way i have felt for the last 20 years.
