Hello. I wanted to let the author of this poem know that this really touched me. Right now, my grandfather who I love so very much is in the hospital and is dying from cancer. Cancer is a tough thing to try to fight andhe is doing a pretty good job. 3 years ago when the doctors told our family he only had a year to live, we never expected him to live this long. Now things are catching up to him and pretty soon it'll be his time to go. I know that when I read this poem, I won't be alone. Thank you so much, Annie, for writing such a beautiful and inspiring poem.
Stephanie

The Lord is my shepherd, I shall not be in want. He makes me lie down in green pastures, he leads me beside quiet waters, he restores my soul. He guides me in paths of righteousness for his names sake. Even through I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil, for you are with me; your rod and your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presents of my enemies. You anoint my head with oil; my cup over flows. Surely goodness and love will follow me all the days of my life, and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever. PSALM 23:1-6 I believe your grandmother is with Jesus!
